ATG (automation technologies group) was established in 1967 by order of the Ministry of Interior and following the sale of the 40% previously owned by the government of Israel is now fully owned by the Local Authorities. The company develops and implements computerized systems for the local authorities and other public institutions. It also provides ongoing consultation and guidance in all matters relating to the development, implementation and operation of IT systems.
The company employs approximately 500 knowledge and experience rich Software professionals.

In April 2014 One Software Technologies Ltd purchased 51% of the company’s shares, leaving 49% owned by the Israel Local Authorities Data Processing Center. Today, One Software Technologies Ltd holds 70% of the shares.
Complot , a fully owned subsidiary of Israel Local Authorities Data Processing Center, develops and applies engineering data and GIS systems.
ATG operates one of Israel's largest data transmission networks, providing service to end users via an internet and communication network with a data center. It provides computerized solutions to some 200 municipalities, local and regional councils. Its workforce comprises hundreds of specialized employees engaged in development, maintenance and operation of computer systems as well as support and integration of computer systems. Management Information Systems (MIS)
ATG offers MIS solutions in four main areas: tax collection and population management, financial systems, salary and human resources, engineering and geographic information systems (GIS), as well as associated management systems that enable services to be provided via the Internet. ATG has integrated a business process management (BPM) system that enables the company's clients to manage their work procedures and external activity through a direct link to the organizational IT systems. This application also enables monitoring and control via e-mail, reports and graphs in real time. The company has integrated a knowledge management system (based on the FileNet infrastructure) that enables documents to be attached to any of the municipality's core systems.

Residents can conduct a wide range of municipal activities anywhere, anytime using the Web and voice mail interfaces. Information provided is updated immediately and automatically, without the need of municipal personnel intervention.

ATG is a recognized Internet Service Provider (ISP) and operates one of Israel's largest data transmission networks. The network connects all the authorities' computers to external information systems. Debit Collection Services
Target audience: Local authorities, financial companies – municipal corporations, water companies and institutions. ATG has accumulated vast experience over the years, relating to development, implementation and integration of information systems for management of municipal income and billing. ATG operates a nationwide support center which provides ongoing assistance such as information, training, technical support and customer service at the highest level. These activities constitute the basis for the company's debit collection services.
Available Services: Automatic and operator answering services, call service center for payments, parking fines, municipal taxes, management and operation of water consumption, sewerage and levies. Issuance of educational fees, building fees, welfare services, operation of computer systems with warnings and reminders, computerized seizures, ongoing tax assessments, negotiation with debtors and payment settlements.
Complot (83) Ltd., a subsidiary under full ownership of ATG, is a software house specializing in developing and implementing engineering management and GIS solutions for municipalities and building planning boards. The company provides professional consultation services for GIS and engineering surveys as well as computerizes engineering archives. It provides support for the development and establishment of GIS and engineering management systems (Licensing and Supervision of construction, city building plans, improvements, zoning, and urban infrastructure) for specialist and end user.
